Email support
We typically reply within 2–3 business days. To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- Your Alonify version (Settings → About in the app)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
Common topics
Cancel or manage your Pro subscription
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Alonify. From there you can cancel or change your plan. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
All purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes all your data immediately and cannot be undone.
Restore a previous purchase
On the Paywall screen, tap Restore in the top-left corner.
